The Staff at Go Tiles & Bathroomware were amazing to deal with from start to finish. Very prompt service from ordering to receiving my delivered tiles. Loving our new tiles. I have already recommended to two friends who are looking to tile their bathroom.
The customer service at this shop is extremely disappointing. I purchased two sets of vanities and taps for a bathroom renovation. After installation and testing, I discovered they were leaking because the seal ring on the tap was the same size as the hole in the vanity (the seal ring should be larger than the hole). When I took the items back to the shop and explained the issue, the first thing they said was that it wasn’t a product problem. First experience with them was at their showroom - many months ago when we came to look at samples that our builder was going to use for our house. Staff were all very friendly to show us the different tiles. Fast forward to today, when our house is now built and having issues with some spotting on the tiles and our builders are not responding so I went to the supplier (Go Tiles) to check, they have been super good so far to resolve the tile issues I've been facing.
