The customer service at this shop is extremely disappointing. I purchased two sets of vanities and taps for a bathroom renovation. After installation and testing, I discovered they were leaking because the seal ring on the tap was the same size as the hole in the vanity (the seal ring should be larger than the hole). First experience with them was at their showroom - many months ago when we came to look at samples that our builder was going to use for our house. Staff were all very friendly to show us the different tiles. Fast forward to today, when our house is now built and having issues with some spotting on the tiles and our builders are not responding so I went to the supplier (Go Tiles) to check, they have been super good so far to resolve the tile issues I've been facing. Sales people are helpful and professional. However, we emphasized that deliver to be made to garage because we are not settled in yet, and give us a heads up when they are close. Delivery still left cargo at the front grass. I spent my whole day moving them into my garage box by box because I don't have a forklift. Delivery people did not give us notice when they will arrive ahead of time and only give us a date, they expect us to wait at home for the whole day but would not even spare a minute to send a notice text. Poor customer service, their most common welcoming fraise is a dismossive "what do you want?" No good morning, not hi how are you, noooo,, what do you want, not even eye contact. How embarrassing, going twice with customers who thought Go tiles us the best, just to be treated in this manner. Once I went to pick up tiles, the guy at the warehouses just rudly said "did they tell you to come in half an hour, it my lunch time". Didn't respond to my greeting or offer to help.
