Had two cars serviced by Godzill Belconnen, a Golf 2005 leaking coolant and a Honda CRV for AC gas refill and CV boot replace, the Golf coolant still leaking (after 3 visits to the workshop and ) and the front bonnet gas strut is not working, the Honda CRV AC stopped working after few days and the axle starts making ugly noise. What I want to say that the negative reviews was omitted from their web site????
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this mechanic. After servicing my car, I noticed an issue with my back window not winding up, which had never been a problem before. When I raised this with the owner, I was met with unprofessional behavior—he shouted and screamed at me instead of addressing my concerns. Was told I would receive a detailed report of the service carried out including pictures, however every time I asked I was told to wait for an email which never turned up.
