I had an extremely disappointing experience with this mechanic. After servicing my car, I noticed an issue with my back window not winding up, which had never been a problem before. When I raised this with the owner, I was met with unprofessional behavior—he shouted and screamed at me instead of addressing my concerns. That was my first time at this mechanic and I found Mohammad and his team very accomodating, professional and kind. I feel there are honest and trustworthy. Mohammad looked after us very well, he was very efficient as well as relaxed, so we will definitely come back.
Was told I would receive a detailed report of the service carried out including pictures, however every time I asked I was told to wait for an email which never turned up.
