I’ve taken my car to Russ and Sharon for close to three years and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. They are honest, reliable and timely and have always been upfront with me on work required to get me back on the road. The service is always top notch.
After booking 3 days prior and explaining I had to walk to work, I arrived early and was ignored for 15 min in the reception office, not even acknowledged by both people behind the counter between calls. The guy that initially booked me walked in and out of the office and completely ignored me. Customer service was appalling. The staff are very helpful they went out of their way to help me and the mechanics do their job quick and right first time so you're not going back time and time again . I have been elsewhere but they are the best .
