The staff are very helpful they went out of their way to help me and the mechanics do their job quick and right first time so you're not going back time and time again . I have been elsewhere but they are the best .
I use the guys all the time for my classic cars. They are careful and diligent and nothing is ever too much trouble. Sharon always shops around for the best price and quality.
After booking 3 days prior and explaining I had to walk to work, I arrived early and was ignored for 15 min in the reception office, not even acknowledged by both people behind the counter between calls. The guy that initially booked me walked in and out of the office and completely ignored me. Customer service was appalling. Had a leaky rear seal in the Triton and booked it in to Goodyear for replacement in Dec 23. Was quoted 1 day job for $1200. Ended up taking 3 days plus a Saturday as they "Had some trouble getting it all back together" or words to that affect. I Didn't complain as Sharon the franchisee is nice and didn't try to charge me for the extra time but honoured their original quote. They used to be good. The last few times they were terrible and expensive. Every time i got the car back there was something wrong with it. Not very professional anymore.
