I just want to say a massive Thankyou to the whole team at Good Year Thuringowa. I only went in enquiring about my interior door handles and window switch, they were super helpfully and knowledgeable. I decided I would do my service there at the same time as it was due. They were able to fit me in right away as well as sort out a switch and install. I can not thank them enough for their service, my car feels like brand new, clean to drive and smooth. Needed tyre caps waited a month stopped back in and asked where they were, secretary asked where caps were bloke said they were discontinued, said they sent smaller ones, I said show me, secretary said where are they? He said he had to use for other car.... I then went to JAX tyres who ordered them in no problem. Clearly lazy incompetent or both. The lack of professionalism and customer service was obvious.
From calling them few weeks ago, been out of town resident. Great service a way throughout and friendly customer service.
Dealing with these guys was such a pleasure. From the first phone call with Terrie to when the job was finished the service they offered was amazing. Gary (owner) and David offered me so much assistance and replaced my tyre in record time. I cannot thank them enough, as I was about to embark on a 7 hour drive back to my home. Under new management, and that’s a great thing. It’s nice to go to a shop like this and they actually want your business. Same day turnaround and my preferences were met without the usual eye rolls!
