I have known Cathy (the founder of GutFit Health) for over 25 years, since she was my personal trainer (in our previous lives!). I had an extremely transformative experience! It was my first colonic and it won't be the last. Cathy is super warm, friendly, and informative about the whole process and she made me feel so at ease.
