Had my hot water system replaced on Saturday and the job was completed in about 4 hours from my phone call to the finish. Really polite and friendly guy who did the job and I would highly recommend GXR to everyone. Cheers guys.

Being using GXR Plumbing & gas for 12 years always had top service and fair and reasonable prices, would not use anyone else.
Did half the job but demanded the full money. Can't trust their pre-job quote. Lame excuses on why they need the whole money for half job. Commissioned another company to finish the job, they were professional and considerate and took only half the money. Also they dont feel bad about lying in a reply to review. I was quoted $220 flat rate for install, yet in the comment to this review, they are happy to lie outright and say it was a range from $220-$500. Absolutely brilliant. The ladies in the office were so warm and lovely to deal with. The boys who came to do the work did an amazing job. I needed one small adjustment and they count have been more helpful. They returned within an hour and made the adjustment. Cleaned up after themselves and did a wonderful job. I’m so happy
