We regularly rent a Ute from Handy rentals through our local Bunnings and the service has been excellent except for the amount of time they hold onto the deposit. 4 days EVERYTIME before it is returned to our account. This was bad enough with the $200 deposit but 4 days ago we rented again and it has increased to $500 which today on the 4th day is still not back in our account. This is ridiculous.
