Sell you a $16000 mower and don’t stock parts so can’t mow my acreage for a month Not good enough
I took my Masport mower in for a service which they performed a "Birthday Service" on and it worked just once. When I went to use it again about 6-8 weeks later, it wouldn't work. So back I go to Hinterland Mowers Nerang and after them having it for almost 2 weeks they advised it was ready for pickup with additional charges. Upon querying them on what was done, I was advised that they had installed a new spark plug as the other one which had only been used for a single mow of a standard residential home lawn was "faulty".... read more
Bought a ride on mower from this company 2 weeks later it stopped could not get it to turn over rang them they said they would pick it up 8 am next day rang in afternoon said they would pick up next day still haven’t seen them 2 weeks gone no pick up will never deal with this company again get your money and run 6 gran and no service

keeping repair materials hard to access, while selling new mowers at rip off prices. customer service 1/5 parts 0/5 pricing 1/5. harbour town here i come
They dont go over things properly as proven when the belt on our ride on snapped after we asked them to replace. Good way to ruin any return business from me.
