Kalgoorlie was not easy to find someone to work on our motorhome, until we came across Jimmy and his sons, they went out of their way, and looked at our camper straight away. To find and fix the problem, took a couple of days, we were impressed by their professional attitude, and work ethic. We would recommend them to anyone to solve your issues.
Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with JM & Sons. We booked our Jeep in advance for an electrical malfunction and were instructed to drop the vehicle off with the assurance that it would be inspected. After leaving the car with them for an entire day, we were told to take it back because they “didn’t have time” to even look at it. My experience in JM & Sons Auto have been excellent. Their level of service is excellent. They are both proffessional and also very easy to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
Let the nightmare begin... DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS AT ALL Vehicle 2017 triton was quoted $6100 to replace clutch and service. Vehicle was delivered on 17/12/25,they said it would be definitely completed by the 24th, I flew from Adelaide to pick up the vehicle up on the 20th after arriving in kalgourlie, where I had to walk to the workshop to get any answers and ask if they could organize 2 front tyres to be replaced, which after 3 trips and no communication on there behalf, they did not do. Very disappointed. Tried to charge me $635 for oil change and change fuel filter. I supplied the filters. Oil change has to be completed in 10 minutes or you lose pump pressure. He charged me 1 and 3/4 hours at $175 an hour, to do an oil change !!??. Not open heart surgery...an oil change. My advice...don't go anywhere near them
