Had an issue with my engel, 2 months later I dropped off here on a Monday and on the Friday they informed me the issue had disappeared. Am highly impressed with there honesty.
Highly recommend Kingaroy Refrigeration for service and price. Their installation crew on our second purchase from them was outstanding, as was on the first time. Last week we had air conditioning installed throughout our home. The three men who did the job were very friendly, professional, approachable, and they did a wonderful job. They happily answered my questions and they left our home spotlessly clean (which was a lovely surprise). We are now enjoying the cool! Thank-you so much!
Don't expect any help from this company. Customer service is rubbish. I'm 74 years old and asked them to come out and close the door on evaporative air unit on my roof so the rain doesn't damage my house. I spoke to their trade person who said it would take less than 30 minutes. However, the receptionist said they would put me on a wait list but it would be over 2 months. She said she understands my situation and suggested I 'ring around town'. They have done a number of jobs for me over the last 6 years but no more.
