We are happy with Nuno's work. Initially he was able to provide us with a quote on the day of his first visit, another company took three weeks while we are still waiting (seven weeks later) for another quote to arrive. Nuno provided good advice on the state of our floor which meant that we did not have to do unnecessary work that would have cost extra. We are very happy with the overall result. Nuno was quick to respond to any of our questions as the job was progressing. We would certainly use him again.

We had Nuno sand and finish some floors at a rental property that we manage. He was thorough in scheduling for quoting and returned a very competitive price, once approved was very accommodating to our needs for the turn around. We've engaged Nuno and Lucas Floors twice now for two seperate floor sanding and polishing projects and have been so happy with the outcome each time. We wanted a very rustic, natural look with our floorboards, with a mix of natural imperfections left in the wood. Nuno was able to achieve this for us and we love the outcome.
