Dropped our boys bike in to be fixed back in July was told parts are on back order due to COVID understandable but then no contact or updates for months on end. Parts finally arrived last month and was told there was a back log for repairs waited another 3 weeks and called again and was told won’t be done before Xmas. Turned up to pick up bike and parts today and there is no one at all working in the workshop so is there a back log? Taking our bike and parts to Cairns and is being put back together today. So much for support... read more
