Amazing staff and service who go above and beyond. We've purchased through Martyns and had lawnmowers serviced and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They're the only people I trust 100% in this industry and I will only go to them. True local gems with hearts of gold and a wealth of knowledge. Martyns Outdoor Power & Equipment Centre look after all my saws and ride on etc. Absolutely fantastic service. I love using the gear when it comes back so sharp. They're one of those places that just gets it right the first time.
Purchased a push mower less than 6 months ago, a pin on the hight adjustment came out and the front wheels of the mower were no longer supported, thought surely this would be covered by warranty as a brand new mower shouldn't just fall appart. Martyns replaced the pin with a small bolt then tried to chage me $40 for this single small bolt.... A presumedly minor hiccup in the beginning of my journey with Martyns in repairing my Makita drill recently. Surprisingly, it turned out to be a delightful finishing result offered by Tom and the team members! I got back an almost brand new machine after a slight waiting :) plus a great discount on the repair bill! Bravo for your excellent and customer care service, you have got another happy customer 😊
