Pat and the team Were second to none. A master class in customer service and workmanship. Quotes were really competitive. Daily updates as the job went on. Photos of the job as it was going on. Fixed Unexpected issues as they came up With no fuss. We were so impressed we even knocked back some Quotes from people we knew personally.
The crew at Melb Roof Tiling are brilliant. Excellent skills all round, great communication and a rational price. The tile roof on my house needed extensive cleaning, repair, valley replacement and repointing, the sunroom and garage needed a colorbond replacement and the verandah needed new laserlite. Unfortunately we didn't have a great experience with Melbourne Roof Tiling Services. The roof work itself is good and solved that problem for us, but the post-sales experience was frustrating. Specifically, the roof cleaning resulted in both a contaminated swimming pool, and the wrong downpipe was disconnected which resulted in our water tank also becoming contaminated.
