Today we had a Ayurvedic Day at Body and Beyond... Minka Sverdrupsen created the most divine tasting, nutritious and sustaining meal to complement and marry in with what our day was all about... I had the falafel bowl with a fresh juice and it was hands down up there with one of the best cafe meals I’ve ever had! I hope they NEVER take it off the menu 😬
