Nicole was amazing. She sorted our warranty issue after we landed it on her after chasing it around Australia for 4 months, 4 states & 4 dealers. Nicole kept in contact every step of the way. The warranty work was done quickly & of excellent standard.
Isn't it interesting to see that Motoco staff take the time to thank customers for a 5 star rating yet do not bother to acknowledge the customers who have had a poor experience with them. Motoco seemed lovely during the purchasing of our hybrid camper but now we need fixes under Warranty they are all unwilling to help. 3 claims at current and no ETA on when these will be fixed. Nicole in the Service and Workshop section is outstanding and provides the best customer service I've ever experienced - absolutely!
Orded a new van off these guys at Mackay caravan show last year and picked it up later on durin the year at newage townsville. Travelled up from yeppoon to get it. Very good to deal with and will buy our next van through newage townsville again because of this. Can not be more impressed with the customer service from jason. He answered all questions that were thrown at him and kept us in loop with the build. I recommend these guys 100%.
Motorco RV has just serviced our New Age Manta Ray for the second year. They have been helpful, reliable and very efficient. Last year they even looked after our van for us when we went on a trip. This year we had a few unexpected faults added to the service list at the last minute and they were great. Also, they have been very reasonable in assessing the various warranty claims. We’d like to thank the whole service team, because we travel a long way to get a New Age dealership to do the service and they’ve been excellent.
