The sales person I had when I bought the vehicle was great I have no problems with him at all. It's the rest that went down that I have an issue with. I was over charged thousands not a few dollars and they have not refunded me. They don't even respond if they do it's just to baffle you with bullshit. The extended warranty I purchased for again thousands I've had issues after issue. Unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the customer service and lack of any communication with me about my finance. Also to top it all off they just sent me a email to sign for my refund. Didn’t even call me nor text me just sent that and that’s is. Don’t even bother with getting finance through them they just love to fuck you around.
