I was not happy with the service and work ethic of this place. I took my mower in to them for repair about 3-4 months ago and every time I would call to check on the progress of my mower they would tell me the same thing every time “it will be another week.” They finally told me they couldn’t repair it months later and when I went to pick it up I had noticed that the cord on my mower was ripped in half but when I took the mower in 3-4 months ago the cord was fully attached. Absolutely blown away at the customer service and expertise every time I pop in for a service or to buy spare parts. I have moved 40 minutes away and still choose to service my equipment here because I can’t fault the service. The team members aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty and if they can solve your query on the spot they will. Thank you for always looking after me 👍🏼
Absolute thieves, upsold me items and 2/3 more than anywhere else !! Wonder why shops like this won’t last long due to online shopping. Happy to help local but don’t rob locals ……….
