Absolutely blown away at the customer service and expertise every time I pop in for a service or to buy spare parts. I have moved 40 minutes away and still choose to service my equipment here because I can’t fault the service. Spoke to a service tech today regarding a possible drive belt issue with a Toro 6000 series. The guy was super helpful even took me to an older machine they had, he run it up and explained belt wear and running. What a refreshing change to meet such a helpful and knowledgeable tech. Massive thanks!
Dean at mower world is a legend. We do social support for an elderly couple who are unable to mow their huge lawn. Their john deere ride on hadnt been used in a long time and once dean heard of their situation he didnt hesitate to throw in a full service and tank of fuel for free on top of other work. I took a 3 month old honda whipper snipper in for a service they tried to say out of warranty and saying the clutch was stuffed I had to pay for it as I need it for my business but getting it back nothing was fixed even the air filter still had grass and dirt on it oil wasn't changed so stay away from this place they will rip you off and fix nothing
