Recommended10/10 Service + Knowledge Had operator created issues with my Scooter. Bought in asking for advice and walked out with my scooter in tip top condition. 👌🏼 Pointed out and showed me what i had done wrong.. put down the masterpiece he was making and fixed it on the spot. Will be going back for a refresh/makeover in the future after seeing one of his creations. Knows his stuff , Bet he Rides like an animal too !

As a local I hate to give local stores bad reviews. I have had a positive experience with My Scooter lab in the past so went into the store today to look at purchasing an electric Scooter. I was refused service as I didn't have a mask on. I explained that I had a medical exemption and had a copy with me but the guy in the store said he didn't care and refused serving me. I find this disappointing as I was the only customer in store and social distancing was possible. On this basis you have lost me as a customer.
