What a great experience. Have shucked before but the owner refreshed me on how to do it. Just walking down and across the bridge from the caravan park. Purchase a couple of doz at a time and just open half a doz before the meal lunch and dinner. Sooo fresh. We were explained the difference between Syd rock and Coffin bay oysters and full detail in the growing and harvesting process. I told him he should be doing tour groups as it is all so interesting. Just love buying straight from the person that harvest them. Thanks for ... read more
Fabulous Oysters, cant say enough about how good they were. We bought 2 doz initially then went back the next day and bought 4 doz. Steve, the owner, was so obliging. Took the time to show us a new way to Shuck oysters and gave us a great insight into oyster farming in the area. Loved it
Dropped in to buy some oysters. The service was excellent, very friendly and very tasty oysters. Note; they sell out from where they commerially operate so it’s not a fancy shop front, walk down the ramp to see the team. Cannot more direct from the door than that.
It’s fresh Oyster and good price $20 for a dozen. We also grab a kg of Tiger prawns $40.9/kg. Big and fresh but we saw the price $28/per kg with very similar size when we shopped at Woolworth.
Really fresh and fat oysters. We usually park on the other side of the bridge and walk under the bridge to get here.
