Very disappointing experience. I was told beforehand that the price would be around $330–$350 plus blow-dry, but that is not what I was charged in the end. Had I known the final cost, I would not have gone ahead. I strongly recommend getting been more clear. What made the experience worse was witnessing the way the manager Gabriela spoke to their own staff in front of clients. It was uncomfortable, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
