I recently visited Navarna, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The salon is beautiful! It has a modern yet cozy vibe, with clean, stylish decor. Booked last minute whilst visiting Gold Coast for a conference. So happy with my cut. My hair is super thick. Isabelle did a fantastic job with cut. Best cut in a long time!
Worst experience! I booked an appointment online for my son and turned up at the correct time as per my email confirmation. I turned up to the doors being shut at 4:45pm which was my appt time. I showed the email confirmation with the appointment time and they said it was incorrect and they cannot fit me in , no apology was given and really unhelpful staff.
