Amazing customer service. Staff are friendly with humour which is always welcoming. Went there to get some nuts lose on my exhaust which only took about 10 minutes. I was not charged any money on top of the quick service. I highly recommend this place as it seems like a trustworthy environment.
Mitch and the team were great, best thing was mick fit me in even though he was really busy which was great, good and fair pricing explained everything in great detail. Recommend him for sure.
Mitch, Samara, Brooklyn and the rest of the team were lifesavers. Our van broke down on the highway and luckily our insurance covered a tow to their shop. We had to leave for a family emergency and they fixed her for a good rate and kept her on their premises until we returned. They’ll explain everything to you and the whole team is kind and understanding. Just be patient if they aren’t at the phone when you ring; they’re very busy in the community.
Thank you to the team at Nuts and Bolts for looking after us after our car broke down while travelling from the GC to Sydney. Mitch spent a good few hours on the car to try and get us going again but unfortunately our car could not be fixed in the time we needed to get to Sydney for a funeral. He did however direct us to the nearest car rental within walking distance and allowed us to keep our broken down car on the premises secure for a few weeks so we could go to the funeral and organise a car trailer to tow it back home. ... read more
I Have been going there for many years.. Mitch and his staff are amazing. So friendly and professional. He will try his hardest to fit you in asap. In my opinion, The only mechanic that doesn’t rip you off.. very good prices for any work done on your car.. He’s the only mechanic in the coffs area I would recommend!! Call Mitch at Nuts And Bolts Mechanics before you call anyone else..
