This place is awesome! Best gym I've been to on the fitness passport. Catherine working there was amazing and made sure we felt at home offering us icy water and a spray bottle to cool down with on the 40 degree day. The equipment layout is the best I've seen and makes a gym session so efficient and enjoyable. Couldn't recommend this place enough and we'll be back as often as possible.

One Strength is an amazing gym! The staff are lovely and quite accomodating. You are never greeted with anything but kindness. The gym is quite spacious so you never feel like you are training on top of anyone. There are plenty of different and unique machines that target so many different muscles and the staff are not shy to explain how to use. Overall, I love One Strength and the people in it ❤️

Amazing gym! Super nice staff, such a great environment. Best gym I’ve been to with so much equipment. Always clean and I feel like I’ve become so much stronger and gained confidence since joining!

I cannot praise these guys enough. One strength is the first gym i’ve been to and has absolutely set the standard for customer attention and just down right effort. The team go above and beyond,, whether you’re a freshie just starting or a seasoned pro there’s a friendly face at the desk eager to help you out. Thankyou one strength,, we all love you :))

This gym really feels like a family. Training in many different gyms over the years, I’ve ever experienced community like this. The staff are so welcoming and friendly it feels like you really are part of the One Strength team. Not to mention the amazing machines available! Couldn’t recommend this place more!
