I thought I would travel from Orange to see Bathurst one strength after training orange branch for a few weeks, wow the cleanliness, organisation and greeting at the door was fantastic. Exactly like Orange, but has its own identity. I always overtrain in a situation like this lol. Every variation possible. Well done guys keep being u it’s the little things that matter, over and over.

One of the best gyms I've ever walked into, the vibe was instantly felt, the owners should be very proud of themselves, there is some serious gear here, finally get to train with some of the most respected body builders in Australia, 🤜💜🤛

Such an amazing gym! The staff are all incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to help with anything you need. Whether it’s guidance on using equipment, tips for improving your technique, or just a friendly chat to keep you motivated, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

Absolutely amazing place!!! 😍 I came here for my training and to use the boxing bags, and I absolutely love the setup and the variety of equipment available. Everything is well organised and has a great atmosphere. 100% can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend! 🥊🔥😍

One Strength is an amazing gym! The staff are lovely and quite accomodating. You are never greeted with anything but kindness. The gym is quite spacious so you never feel like you are training on top of anyone. There are plenty of different and unique machines that target so many different muscles and the staff are not shy to explain how to use. Overall, I love One Strength and the people in it ❤️
