We had a fantastic experience with Todd and Tanya. They were both very friendly and professional - nothing was too much trouble. They were brilliant to deal with and made everything as simple as possible - highly recommend dealing with them!
David and I would like to thank you both Todd and Tanya. For the way they handled the sale of the house we are renting. We have been renting the house over the last 10yrs. And have found them to be excellent in the way they handled our privacy as well as me being unwell due to me conditions. I'm sorry if that has upset certain people. But when someone is unwell and at the same time as covid. You take precautions.
I emailed enquires about the same property 3 times, far between each email, and got a response from Todd Barkley upon my third attempt. His email suggested that I let him know when I would like to inspect the property and to give at least a couple of days notice. I emailed back on a Sunday night to arrange for inspection the following Saturday (6 days notice) only to get a response from a Tanya that the tenant at the property is sick and that they are not allowing access, adding that Todd Barkley is on annual leave. This real estate is the best,the staff that work here Tanya and Todd are very approachable and friendly and professional of what they do. If you need to rent or buy or sell ya house ,I highly recommend this establishment. 👍
Todd is a great bloke & looked after us so well, he went out of his way to make sure we sold our property at a fair price.
