Very quick to respond, very friendly, and right on time! My daughter and her friends had their limo canceled for prom at the last minute, but RSVP Black Car Service stepped up and took care of them! They were picked up in a Mercedes Sprinter that was beautiful and so much fun! They even came all the way from Wilmington to Jacksonville!
Jonathan was my driver this afternoon from ILM Airport . He sent me text messages to let me know he had arrived to pick me up. He was on time, helped with my luggage, then unloaded my bags upon arrival at my home. A very courteous young man. The vehicle was immaculate. I felt safe at all times. Jason and his team of drivers are reliable, prompt, professional and friendly. When my incoming flights are delayed, they are always on top of it and smiling which matters at 1 or 2 am after a long travel day. They make it easy to be a loyal customer.
This was my first time using the RSVP service. We went to the airport very early, and returned late after missing our connection. RSVP was great to work with, very communicative, and on time for everything including adjusting our pickup time on return. The car was clean and comfortable, and they made us feel like VIPs...will be using them for sure in the future!
