The best fish and chips I had in a while. Fresh, zesty, grilled. Homemade light tatar sauce makes you crave for more. Next to the guarded beach with nice waves. Hidden gem!
The BEST and MOST VALUED fish and chips, calamari rings, fried prawns we’ve ever ever tasted. The people were so friendly and you could tell they have good teamwork. We even saw grinch during Christmas Eve lunch here!
The owners were so friendly and welcoming. The fish and chips were delicious. Fresh and yummy. The calamari stole the show though. Clearly fresh, it was soft and sweet. 11/10 would recommend
I stopped at Shells Austinmer on my way to Wollongong. I ordered the grilled barramundi and a coffee, and both were absolutely delicious. It's a wonderful spot with a beautiful view of the ocean. Highly recommend!
I have been here years ago but wasn’t impressed the first few times. I thought I’d give it a go again today. I’m glad I did. The fish n chip shop has since been renovated or looks to be different and the vibe is better. The fish burger was amazing. I loved the crumb they used on the fish and the chips were crispy and fresh tasting. Also the service was immediate and friendly. Keep up the good work. I’ll definitely be back again.
