Absolutely disgraceful customer service. They are willing to give you a timeline and take your deposit and then not contact you. Finally got a hold of them and was told that it was going to take an extra 3-4 weeks to get the carpet. Laying of the carpet was an even worse nightmare. Constantly emailing and never getting a response. They are only interested in taking your money. Do yourself a favour, get your carpet else where.
