I have been purchasing my walking shoes at The Shoe Clinic for about two years now have found this to be of huge benefit to me. On arrival at the shop I am greeted with respect and questions relating to my footwear requirements and expectations of the shoes I intend to purchase. Recently I returned s pair of walking shoes due to changes in my orthotics and the shoes were replaced with another model which better suit my needs. Thank you Tim for your ongoing service and great listening skills. I will return.
Wonderful experience. All the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The technology they have and use in the shop to ensure you get the best fitting shoe is fantastic. Always walk away feeling confident in my footwear purchase. They do have a 30-day return guarantee - if after purchasing and wearing the shoe its not right you can return it, I have never needed to use this, but the option adds to the great service.
I recently went into the shoe clinic to buy some new shoes, I was convinced that my shoes were the cause of my shin splints; the guy working there ( wish I remembered his name) talked me through what I was doing and it turns out I wasn’t warming my calves up properly… he said to come back in a few weeks if there was still an issue, but that even then he would recommend seeing a podiatrist before buying more shoes. Seriously...What an awesome experience! I had Tim help me to find a new pair of running shoes and it was such a good experience from the moment I walked through the door. I've left feeling super excited to take them for their first run tomorrow and confident that I have support incase they end up not being my 'Cinderella's glass slipper' - something which is very important after a terrible experience at one of the Athletes Foot stores.
