After extensive research in shoe stores, I told my mum to take my younger sister with flat feet and frequent pain here. They went today and came back pretty excited with my sisters new shoes. My mum commented on Tim’s attentive service and helpfulness in the process. My sister switched between a large number of shoes and Tim remained patient with her to find the right fit. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff who help find the right running shoes for me. I wear orthopaedic inserts which ment the selection was very important. Very happy with the outcome. Well be getting my next pair from here again.

I have been purchasing my walking shoes at The Shoe Clinic for about two years now have found this to be of huge benefit to me. On arrival at the shop I am greeted with respect and questions relating to my footwear requirements and expectations of the shoes I intend to purchase. Recently I returned s pair of walking shoes due to changes in my orthotics and the shoes were replaced with another model which better suit my needs. Thank you Tim for your ongoing service and great listening skills. I will return.

I had my first visit to the Shoe Clinic today after being referred by my podiatrist. Wow, what an excellent experience from start to finish. Tim was absolutely incredible on all levels and I couldn't fault him on anything. I had a lot of issues to be considered and nothing was too much trouble for him. He's knowledgeable and friendly and I'd highly recommend this store to anyone.
