Wonderful experience. All the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The technology they have and use in the shop to ensure you get the best fitting shoe is fantastic. Always walk away feeling confident in my footwear purchase. They do have a 30-day return guarantee - if after purchasing and wearing the shoe its not right you can return it, I have never needed to use this, but the option adds to the great service.
I had my first visit to the Shoe Clinic today after being referred by my podiatrist. Wow, what an excellent experience from start to finish. Tim was absolutely incredible on all levels and I couldn't fault him on anything. I had a lot of issues to be considered and nothing was too much trouble for him. He's knowledgeable and friendly and I'd highly recommend this store to anyone.
Seriously...What an awesome experience! I had Tim help me to find a new pair of running shoes and it was such a good experience from the moment I walked through the door. I've left feeling super excited to take them for their first run tomorrow and confident that I have support incase they end up not being my 'Cinderella's glass slipper' - something which is very important after a terrible experience at one of the Athletes Foot stores. This has got to be the best shoe shop in The Waikato the salesman (unfortunately I forgot to ask his name) who I bought my first pair of shoes off knew his products, was friendly and helpful When I went back this morning with a broken ankle he again was amazing. Absolutely awesome customer service, I'll be recommending you to everyone and many thanks.
Fast efficient and very good customer service, good knowledge of the products and spent time finding the right shoes for me. Used some image technology to check my feet. Tim gave outstanding customer service making shoe shopping a pleasure. Cheers. Might return soon for my wife's next purchase.
