Over the Christmas and New Year break the booster for our Solahart hot water system stopped working. I emailed the office on the 1st of January and on Saturday the 3rd Troy was at our door inspect the system, discovering broken heating element he promptly fixed the problem and we had hot water a couple of hours later. The tradesman arrived at the appointed time and was pleasant and informative in relation to our Solar Hart system. All checks were documented with photos to support information given. The tradesman was friendly and approachable and we are happy with his work.
