The team were exceptional. They stayed in communication from start to finish. Came out to inspect where everything would be set up within 24 hours of us calling. They were able to arrive a day early to prep the roof for the new PV panels to make the job faster/smoother on the day we were home to complete installation. Everyone we spoke with from the team were very friendly and helpful. Thanks again Solahart Townsville!
I received a reminder a 5 year service check was due, which I sat on for a month, then contacted them to arrange the service, that was done promptly. I have had the solar hot water for about 15 years, also had the regular service checks done, if you're wondering, the service check cost is worth it, I have had trouble free hot water since the system was installed
Had my Solahart split hot water system installed by Ash and Dale last week. The boys did a great job 👏 this week Jason, Dale, Mick and Brando installed a new inverter and panels on the roof, removing the old ones. They did a great job, easy to communicate with, highly recommend :)
After accepting a quote from another local company & having a horrific experience we cancelled & called Solarhart. From the first phone call we found them to be friendly, professional & thorough.
