Lovely lunch today, meals took awhile, but worth the wait, they were extremely busy on a beautiful sunny day so they were doing their best. Meals were a good size, there were 4 of us and everyone was happy with their meals. Beautiful outlook, gorgeous dogs and a really nice pub with well kept gardens and nice decor inside the pub. Definitely would go back and have another meal.

The location is incredible with great views from the deck. Sadly the St Bernards dogs were sleeping but they look happy. We enjoyed our meals, and the walk through the gardens. Friendly peacock walked past. The view and flowers are stunning. Charging for electric cars when pre-booked.

Have been going to this hotel for the past few years and have been loving it. Last visit on the 11th July 2024 was not good. Food came out cold and steak was terrible. Medium rare scotch fillet steak was over cooked and looked more like sizzle steak. The garlic seafood topper for $15 was served in a small ramekin as was the pepper sauce(which is normal) but for $15 you would expect a bit more. I was unaware of the $15 charge until we left when my sister said she had paid the extra money but didn’t feel like it was worth... read more

We have been going here for years and loved it. We went back 25th August. The smell in the reception area on entry was so overwhelming. Table order app only allowed food purchase. Had to go up to bar to buy drinks. No cash accepted. Food came out without cutlery and when I asked waitress where it is she said inside. Food quality was very average, we couldn't finish our meals. Our table and the ones around us were not cleared up from the lunch service. All very dissapointing.

We visited on a Sunday and luckily we booked as it was full. The only downside is the ordering process. It is chaotic. You have to order and pay at one counter but order your drinks/coffee at another. Meaning you have multiple bills. Especially on a busy day, like a Sunday, it means there are people everywhere moving around.....felt like Pitt Street! People bumping into your chairs, people nearly spilling drinks and/or food, people constantly walking in and out. It would be better if there was table service, it would cut out... read more
