Very very happy with the honesty and how quickly the guys at St Mary's Tyre Service were today. I came in with a flat tyre from my Dad's Hilux 20 minutes after I had found it and the guys took me in immediately. I was almost sure that I had a puncture because I could see a rusty screw imbedded into the tyre, after 5-10 minutes of them taking off the tyre they came to me and told me that it wasn't even punctured through and the screw was only half in the tread (all something I couldn't of known without having the tyre off). Took my Kia Stinger in after getting new tyres at another shop where they didn't balance them correctly. The guys at St Marys Tyre Service balanced them and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommended them as the are knowledgeable and they make sure everything is perfect before you drive out.
Can highly recommend coming here. All the guys there were very helpful when I came in for a leak in my tyre. Very genuine guys, good friendly conversation and didnt talk down to me being female (still happens alot at most places). Being newer to the area, I have just found my new tyre shop.
I’ve been to Continental Tyre Service St Mary’s twice, and both experiences were excellent. The first time, they didn’t even charge me to fix my issue, which truly shows their honesty and customer care. The team works very diligently, doesn’t waste time, and starts the service immediately. What I really appreciated was how kind and respectful they were, especially to a woman who doesn’t have much knowledge about cars. I'm not one to write reviews but I have never had such an amazing experience like this. I realised my tyre was looking abit flat and when I check there was a nail in it. I called and spoke to Jim who was super nice who told me to come in even if I would be there around closing. Jim and the other guys at St Mary's Tyre Service stayed back while getting my tyre fixed up. I didn't even get charged at the end of it, which was amazing kind!
