I cannot recommend Stone Arc enough. During the course of 2024 we did 2 bathroom renovations as well as restyled a study & 2 bedrooms Tony & Maree were so helpful with just the right amount of creative input as well as helping & coordinating many aspects of the process. We have amazing Travertine Crazy Pave in both bathrooms & love the Abi Tapware. Maree even helped us find & source the perfect wallpaper for my office. Stone Arc has the most beautiful products, with an extensive range of tiles. Tony and Marie were super helpful. They supported us from the beginning to end of our bathroom renovation. Marie helped us design the space with tiles, fittings and lay out. We couldn't be happier with the process and outcome.
I would like to give a huge shout out to Grace. Wow! What a gem! We are based in Western Australia and our feature tiles were overlooked being ordered by our local tile store. A quick google search lead me to Grace and she was onto it, she went over and above to assist us! Even helping on her day off! Thankyou Grace, we appreciate everything you did to help us out! You don’t often come across such amazing customer service!
The team at Stone Arc are absolutely amazing! The tile selection is so unique, service is beyond anything else and every piece of bathroom wear is beautiful. If you’re looking for a more luxe tile store, this is the place to go! Highly recommended. ❤️
We ordered 90cm tall marble fluted tiles from StoneArc for our renovations and the whole experience was great. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, and delivery was handled with great care. Everything was packaged neatly, and the delivery driver took extra care using the forklift to get the tiles safely on site. Highly recommend great service - especially from their little young worker who said his parents were busy out but reconfirmed all my details when he took my message 😍
