A long time without brewing... I met Gail many years ago. Gail was running a brewers shop in Joondalup. She taught me everything I needed to know about brewing my own beers and the like, to save money and to better produce quality drinks for my health and wellbeing. Sounds crazy right, but I like a beer after work and Gail taught me how to brew my own without the chemicals associated with picking a beer up from the drive through.
