I bought a Bosch GOP 40-30 multitool kit online in May 2019 (using Paypal)... no problem, fast delivery to New Plymouth from Rotorua. In August I was burgled and my tools stolen so I needed to 1. provide proof of purchase to my insurance company, and 2. replace the kit. I rang and spoke to Lesley - she was courteous and helpful and managed to locate the purchase record via Paypal records and emailed it to me immediately.
