Most food was pretty good! Anything straight from the back kitchen was delicious. We would return if staying in Newcastle.
Cannot fault this place. Incredible customer service and the food is always consistent and great. The regular staff get to know your order and are always happy to help. Love the team here and could not recommend it more!
Rice was undercooked and sticky, which if you’re undercooking the rice and serving it, what else are you letting slide? Colour of the fish was off but that wasn’t a huge deal to me until I opened the sashimi and definitely had a smell to it so I just did not eat it. Spent about 100 bucks for 4 people and ate less than half. For context I grabbed takeaway, the walk back was less than 10 minutes so theres no way any of it went off in that time. Literally the worst sushi I’ve had
Very small portions - sizes of the hand rolls are tiny!!! Food (mainly fish) did not seem fresh and service was non-existent. I called someone over as there were no soft drinks on the tablets, she said she didn’t know what to do. I asked if I could over through her, she said she didn’t know. I ended up walking over and grabbing what I wanted myself!
Taste good, it is a good place to try asian sushi roll. Good vibe and kind service
