I always try to support local businesses, but I can no longer afford to pay $100+ more for items than what other retailers online charge. Even other brick and mortar stores down south I compared to have nowhere near the same sort of markup. I have spoken to the store about a recent item I purchased to then realise it was $100+ more than online retailers and $80 more than buying direct from the manufacturer. Went in with my partner looking for one thing and came out with a totally new perspective on things and with items that would definitely help my partner and I to achieve our goals. The service was great, the owner made us really comfortable and explained everything really well. Definitely going back again.
The owner Collin was fantastic. He ran my partner and I through everything that we needed to know, and made sure that all our questions were answered thoroughly. 10/10
Staff is very respectful and knowledgeable. Every time i have been its been a good experience. Everyone has been very approachable and made me feel comfortable. LGBT friendly with a good variety of options.
