Absolutely amazing customer service! I accidentally used a personal card instead of a work card when purchasing uniforms and Vivienne went above to recharge the work card and refund my money to my account. It just shows the amazing level of service when a company will take their time to help out a customer, due to MY error. It is greatly appreciated! ☺️
The staff there are fantastic. The in-house/ contracted tailor…. Very amateur. Recommend going elsewhere for cutting.
Excellent range of clothing to suit all requirements for a huge range of employments. Awesome staff were knowledgeable and had great suggestions and had answers to all my left field questions.. No reason to go anywhere else other than to confirm that they were the best in price, customer service and the ability to provide a solution to my urgent timetable.
