Decent food, decent price, decent service. Solid breakfast option that can’t go wrong, but you probably won’t save it has the highlight of your trip. We had the chicken and waffles, and eggs on toast. Both were a good size, well cooked and had distinct flavours that worked well. The coffee was middle of the road. We stayed at Airlie beach for 10 days. Had dinner here three times. The food is very nice especially potion and value wise. Compare to the other restaurants around. The cocktail are well priced ❤️ the staff is very polite. Which is very rare in general at Arlie beach. Highly recommend
The Deck is the perfect all rounder spot in Airlie Beach to go for a meal. It is perfectly located in the centre of town. Has beautiful views from the tables, super open and wonderful atmosphere. Staff are so friendly and come to check on the meal, and are very genuine with their interactions. The food came out quick even when it was busy. Jane and Brett are amazing - both incredibly genuine and friendly. 1000% recommend The Deck if you’re visiting or living in Airlie.
I really like the place and the service so I had some expectations with the food specially because of the price. We got the garlic bread on the side, at first glance it looks good and cheesy but once you dig into it its actually quite dry and not enough butter inside. I got the pork belly at dinner menu and I wasn't satisfied with the taste. The overall taste was just fine, the belly is not tender, the sauce is too thin to taste anything.
