Excellent check up and clean. Received a good clear explanation about the condition of my teeth and what work was needed. Was not pressured to get any further work done. It was a good price. All of the staff were lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend.
After seeing 3 different dentists, one being our family dentist of 6 years, we had hit a brick wall trying to get someone to attempt to complete fillings on my daughter. Two out of the 3 dentist would not even physically see her, saying that we should take her to a pediatrician dentist as they didn’t want ‘traumatize’ her, knowing our daughter well, we new different. I don’t like going to the dentist but Tony and Kiah have been nothing but caring and understanding. I have taken my kids to see Kiah and she was gentle and calm. I have been seeing Tony for my dental care and he has been nothing but understanding of my nervousness at the dentist. The dental nurses have all been so nice. Grace in particular helped to keep me calm when having some work, I wasn’t expecting!
The team at Bellmere are the best. Always welcoming and Khai Sing Chieng is an awesome dentist. Always smiling and happy. I drive from the Sunshine Coast just for the great customer service I always receive.
I have been going to the same dentist for years, Dr Khai and her team is hands down the Best Dentist I’ve ever come across !, So careful, professional, polite and happy to help.
