I’d like the share the experience my mother had with this business. My mother (70) is very ill with late stage cancer and wanted her mobility scooters serviced before selling them. When the service was completed they dropped off the scooter and asked my mother for payment. My mother paid in cash to “Barry” After a few days the business called up my mother demanding payment. Went there today feeling lost, trying to find something that could help me with my independence. They were so kind and helpful i left there with hope and understanding that there are people that can help me. I would definitely recommend these guys. They are friendly and helpful.

Totally Mobile is a fantastic business.Edwina, Barry and all of the staff are exceptionally helpful. Their prices are reasonable and they offer pick up and delivery for servicing.I wouldn't go anywhere else in the Bay.

Staff were very helpful organising a scooter for my visiting mum, the scooter was terrific and did the job well.

Totally Mobile has been totally amazing.Cant thanks Edwina enough for all she has done trying to help us in a difficult situation.Very informative and goes over and above with customer service.Definatly the place to go for all your mobility needs in the Bay.NDIS knowledge is amazing and very helpful.I will be back .
