I had such a good experience buying my 2023 Nissan Z from the young sales man Mr Toby Jones. The car was absolutely new condition even after being a dealer demo for almost a year. Toby tried his best and met all my requests to get the car ready. Toby even bought me a Nissan Z die cast model Color matched to my blue paint. It was a great personal touch. Worst experience buying a car and we buy one every 2-3 years. The sales man Tomas was the worst as the whole dealership was. No contact and communication got a key ring for 100k purchase didn’t stick to our accessories schedule was an insanely bad experience
On first entering the showroom we were greeted by Kellie who was friendly and advised she would get a salesperson for us if we didn't mind waiting a few minutes as they were all busy. We were then greeted by John Anderson who was very friendly and asked what we were looking for. We knew we were chasing a Patrol and John explained what was in stock and gave us a price.
