Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, My partner and I go in regularly to get parts, advice and other bits and bobs. Everytime we walk in, the staff greet us with smiles and a welcoming hello. They are more than happy to answer any and all questions we have. Definitely recommend for anything bike related.
What a great bunch of people. Really enjoyed the world class customer service. From buying a bike to gear and even sorting out a small issue I had with the gear afterwards. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would recommend them to anyone.
Popped in while riding past from the North Island, with a small problem. The owner himself came out and sorted it straight away. Great team .
