I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service at Trevor Pierce Yamaha. I had an issue with my motorbike and the team went above and beyond to get it resolved properly so I could be back on the road again. They were professional, friendly, and proactive throughout — great communication, no runaround, and they genuinely cared about getting the right outcome. It’s rare these days to find a business that backs their customers the way they do. If you want a team you can trust, I highly recommend Trevor Pierce Yamaha.

Great service by the team but especially Darren who I delt with for the purchase of my R7, helped size up my new gear and got everything sorted for when I got back from overseas. Topped it off with great quality banter! Well done team!

Been into Pierce motorcycles several times to figure out what type of bike. Always have fantastic service. Have brought new helmet and other gear that fits better. Again great service. Sense of humour, knowledge and smile makes it my favourite shop. Darren Rachel and Maiga. Address fantastic.

I was looking at purchasing my first bike and was assisted by Darren via email, he was extremely helpful throughout the process making is smooth and easy. When in the store the owner was very friendly and gave me valuable tips and advice.

I was referred by a friend to Pierce Motorcycles. Even though I did not purchase my bike through them Darren could not be more helpful with choosing comms for my helmet and accessories for my bike. He went out of his way showing me options . Highly recommend stopping in if you want advice from experienced and passionate riders.
