Don't normally leave reviews but I can't fault the service provided to me on my visit. The staff were very friendly and efficient which made the visit a positive. They not only went out of the way to fix my spare tyre with a roadworthy spare from the workshop for no extra cost but they explained to me what they did which reassured me significantly as someone who doesn't know much about cars. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks for the pleasant experience guys!
Steve and the Team were bloody fantastic. Not only made us feel extremely welcome but were there to answer questions and had our brand new KMC rims and Maxxis tyres in store in less than 24 hours. Left with a smile and will be back again. Thanks Steve 🙌🏽
Don't pay by tap or card. Excessive surcharge of 10bucks get added and they didn't inform me verbally that save 10bucks to direct deposit. Not sure why so much... maybe a franchise thing probably out of their hands. Next time i will pay via direct deposit. Other than that nice guys, workmanship and reasonable prices that would of got 5 stars if not for tap or insert surcharge.
I copped a puncture forcing the purchase of a new set of tyres. There wasn't a lot of options available, but Dean found me a new set of boots for my pride and joy and had me sorted out and back on the road in no time. Great service, quality work, will continue to be a repeat customer.
don’t waste your money here. If you care about your vehicle shop elsewhere. Had dodgy work done to my vehicle a month ago from these guys. Found out from 2 third-party mechanics that they didn’t do the work I paid them to do Not to mention damage to my vehicle they caused. Will not give their insurance information and have been ignoring my calls. Worst place ever!!
