Amazing customer service! The Casuarina team was incredibly helpful, even with my last-minute call. They took the time to check over all my concerns thoroughly and made sure everything I needed was sorted. I really appreciated how clearly they explained everything and pointed me in the right direction. Highly recommend — super professional, friendly, and efficient!
Doubtful this place even does a proper service, both my cars feel absolutely terrible, did not put oil or anything! Steering wheel and shift lever feels heavy, and price not that competitive without all the services from car branded services. They also text you just over one hour after bringing your car in. Terrible business.
Had my car serviced at Ultratune Casuarina in Darwin and was really happy with the experience. The team was friendly, efficient, and explained everything clearly. The service was completed on time and my car is running smoothly. Great customer service and reliable work—highly recommend!
They are just scammer. I brought my car to them to do service and to check on oil leak. I paid more than 1k for service and fixing my car. They said that the oil was leaking due to the oil switch. I agreed for changing new oil switch. After few weeks, the oil ran out again. I called them and they just played games. I went to other mechanic who advised that the oil switch was not changed. Please see the photo. I will never come back here.
Couldn’t recommend anyone better. Quick service, trustworthy and reasonable price highly recommend these folks!
