I recently had a roadworthy inspection done at Ultra Tune Casuarina Centre, and I couldn't be more impressed. The team was extremely professional, attentive, and efficient throughout the process. Not only did they take care of the roadworthy check, but they also went above and beyond by helping me replace my number plate, which I really appreciated. Their excellent customer service made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and friendly service!
I was visiting Darwin on holiday and had a problem with my vehicle (crank position sensor) AANT told me to ring ultra tune Casarina. The manager was very helpful & went out of his way to find the sensor which had to come from Melbourne. The sensor arrived & my vehicle was repaired instantly. Have had a pre purchase inspection done here for a car we were thinking of buying, and have also had our own car serviced at Ultratune. Both times had excellent professional, friendly and timely service. Would recommend to anyone in the Casuarina area.
Had my van serviced here recently and had to have the front shock absorbers replaced the following week. Harley provided a very reasonable quote and kept me in the loop from the outset. I ended up finding a left over part which worried me at first, I brought the van back in just before closing time and the boys didn’t hesitate to get the van up on the jack and confirm that it was left over from the old shockies, which they then dug out of the rubbish to double check that their verdict was accurate.
