There was initially a mix-up with my appointment as I wanted Ezaira for highlights and hair cut. She was not in that day so another stylist did my hair. For reference I am veryyy picky with my hair and was unhappy about this. Ezaira called me immediately after and insisted I come back in the following day for her to do my hair (free of charge), even though this was New Year’s Eve and they were heavily booked. I had a lovely experience at this salon. I currently have broken hands, and Arti was incredibly kind and helpful—she really assisted me with everything and she did the full head foil and styled my hair exactly the way I wanted. I also really appreciated how the owner respected my privacy as a hijabi when I asked for it. Great service and very kind people. Highly recommend!
Worst Salon Over booking salon in Auckland. Very Cheap service color dont last long looks like they using cheap products thats why the service is cheap. all unprofessional Stylist works here and After 1 week my Hair got damaged and breaking. There's a better salon to go instead of here.
