There was initially a mix-up with my appointment as I wanted Ezaira for highlights and hair cut. She was not in that day so another stylist did my hair. For reference I am veryyy picky with my hair and was unhappy about this. Ezaira called me immediately after and insisted I come back in the following day for her to do my hair (free of charge), even though this was New Year’s Eve and they were heavily booked.
