What an excellent bunch of enthusiast's that also work there. Not only do they have bikes for sale but every part you could think of plus 'projects' underway for you to actually see upgrades you never even thought of happening right there. The staff are amazing and certainly know their stuff. 12/10 folks for your efforts. It shows in how customers are dealt with
From enquiry to purchase to pick up of our bikes from WLM, Joel was a wealth of knowledge and able to match our needs with the perfect bikes for us. The extra care and attention regarding maintenance and safety features during handover was quality customer service. Highly recommend dropping in and talking to the team at WLM if you're in the market for a bike.
Not my first visit, I live overseas and keep coming to Wayne once or twice a year since 2021, for obvious reasons. Beside a great choice of bikes and gears, the one thing that make them outstanding is their customer service, always friendly and pertinent, would go seamlessly the extra mile to help you. Last, I would like to thank Troy, the tyre department man, exceptionally knowledgeable, passionate, a real nice guy. They are a local family business, no crazy marketing here, just good guys having pride in their reputation.
