This is the second time I have ordered from these guys. They were friendly, the quote was emailed to me within an hour both times they said it would be 3 or 4 weeks delivery and nearly both times they turned up after a week/10 days. Quality of the windows is superb and the price. Couldn’t recommend enough.
What a nightmare!!! These guys have been paid around $16000 for our Windows etc, and 12 months later we are still without our window/door screens and keys. After a terrible experience with our initial builder, we are now battling these guys to provide what they have been paid for. They are difficult, uncooperative and unreasonable to deal with. We have needed to engage the Office of Fair Trading to intervene on our behalf, so we can receive what we’ve paid for. Would not ever recommend.
Approximately 4 weeks ago we arranged to have a measure & quote at our house for security doors & screens. After several phone calls enquiring when we would receive the quote we are still waiting. Buy local they say. We have happily gone elsewhere. I'm sorry I cannot recommend this business if this is the way the relationship starts out.
I recently had 4 cedar sashes made to my specifications. Was quoted 2 months wait. They produced them ahead of time and accurate in every detail. I will use them again without hesitation.
Had several shower screens installed and constant sorting out issues. Now i paid the bill, no reply. Considering Fair Trading, am fed up of situations like this with jobs not done properly
