I phoned Wines Office Furniture this afternoon with an urgent need to get an office chair fixed, Robyn took my call and invited me to bring the chair to the store advising that she would replace the gaslift on the spot. I arrived with the chair and within 5 minutes Robyn had replaced the gaslift and I was on my way. This is the best customer service I have received in years. I first called and spoke to Ginna about the VX3Task Office chair, and she was very helpful in sending a quote to have it delivered to my home in West Gippsland. The quote arrived and I called to confirm and pay for the order with Liz who was again very helpful. The delivery man was lovely, hubby assembled, and the chair is very comfy!
