Was directed to go to your shop this week to purchase an irrigation part as Mitre 10 were out of stock. Did not appreciate the negative & righteous opinion this male shared in regards to my request & then to be called an "idiot" through it all. If you have a bad day keep it to yourself mate & serve every customer with respect even if they know better than you. Customer no more & definitely will deter customers from your place.

Contacted Yamba pumps last Saturday - explained that I had a pump main bearing problem. Had pulled the pump apart and found I couldn't do any more myself. Was told to bring the pump in immediately with the parts. Delivered pump to shop! Received a phone call on Monday morning that the pump was ready with new bearings -- fully assembled and in good working order! Great service with a smile! Love that!
