From the initial quote right through to organising our new floor installation and removal of all the site rubbish and then there was the cleaning of the new floor before they left. The True Experts in the Trade Our previous experience was with another flooring mob who gave us incredibly poor flooring advice for our unit in Caloundra which left us with laminate flooring that had to be removed within 3 years of being laid because it was NOT fit for purpose relative to the simple brief given to the flooring charlatans. After a Criminal smash a window and contaminated our carpet and stole our prized possessions Caloundra Andersens staff were caring and extremely help full, the quality of care and assistance were above our expectations with no pushy sales people just smiling happy people that made us smile and happy after our loss.
